This page shows a small demo applet with a button that permits jChecs download and install by Java Web Start, if you already have a recent version of Java (SE 6).

If you do not see this applet, you have to install a new Java runtime (SE 6) before launching jChecs.

You should accept automatic upgrade of Java, or get it at Sun site :
